For over two decades, Sake Cafe Sushi Bar & Grill has been serving the families, professionals, and neighborhood communities of Stone Oak, Brushy Creek, and Canyon Springs.Located in Blanco Crossing on the corner of Blanco Road and Huebner Road, we are proud to be a truly independent, locally owned Japanese restaurant.

We Are Not a ChainUnlike franchise models or corporate brands, our sushi is crafted individually by local chefs who have been part of our kitchen family for years. We source the freshest fish daily and roll every plate to order.

A Wide Menu for the Whole TableOur menu is intentionally wide. We want a place where a family of four can sit together and everyone gets exactly what they crave. If one person wants fresh Nigiri or an Alamo Roll, another wants hot tonkotsu ramen, and the kids want crispy chicken teriyaki or a sweet brown sugar milk tea, they can find it all at the same table.

We offer great food at a reasonable price every single day, so you never have to hunt for a coupon to eat well. From our daily lunch bentos starting at $13 (most under $20) to our $4.99 boba and milk teas, we ensure your family can enjoy a premium dining experience without a $200 checkout. When you want a little extra, our happy hour runs Monday to Friday, 3 to 6 PM.
