Many of our hot and cold starters, including our salted Edamame and fresh Garlic Pepper Tuna, are naturally gluten-free or can be prepared gluten-free safely. Ask your server for details. Many rolls can be customized to be gluten-free upon request. Guests should inform their server, and the sushi chef will determine the best way to prepare the requested roll gluten-free.
